職務概要
ブロックチェーンベースのゲーム・メタバースプラットフォームのプロジェクトを、コミュニティ、ユーザー、ビジネスパートナー、投資家、チームといったステークホルダーと密接に連携して構築するプロジェクトの複数プロダクトのプロダクトオーナーとして、サービスの設計からロードマップの策定、得たデータ、内部環境、外部環境のあらゆる事実と仮説を元にステークホルダーの体験を向上させプロジェクトの恒常的な成長を実現することがミッションとなります。この役割は、チームを最終目的地まで導く、船のキャプテンのようなものだと考えることができます。
応募資格
- デジタルプラットフォームにおける5年以上の経験
- スタートアップ、急成長ベンチャー企業での当該領域、周辺領域における実務経験
- 小規模から大規模のチームを管理し、ビジョンとミッションの浸透、文化の醸成を担うことができる
- プロダクトの品質をチームとして改善し定量、定性の両軸で成果を出しつづけることができる
- 複数のステークホルダーや多職種と協働した経験、ブロックチェーンやNFTエコシステムに関する知識
望ましい要件
- プロジェクトビジョンの実現、ミッションの遂行を目的とした、時に厳しい決断を下すことに抵抗がないこと、また下した決断に責任を持ち、成功に導くことができる
- ユーザーを中心とした意思決定ができる方
- Webゲームプラットフォームでの開発経験があれば尚可
- チームのモチベーションを高め、インスパイアする能力
- コミュニケーション能力
- 英語でのビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力がある尚可

CPO（Chief Product Officer）
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CPO（Chief Product Officer) work with a fast growing global start-up in the crypto/blockchain industry. We are looking for a team player who can sink their teeth into the day work. All whilst thinking fast on your feet or in a chair or wherever you happen to be and can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team who are located across the world.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Chief Product Officer who works closely with the stakeholders to map features for our blockchain based games platform. You would need to strategies the roadmap for the product as well as analyze the data obtained through testing and initial launch to make user centric choices for the product that improve the experience for the end users. You can think of this role as the caption of the ship who is guiding the team to the final destination.
Qualifications
・5+ years experience on digital platforms
・Managed small and large teams providing them with vision and motivation through the dev cycle
・Proven track record of planning roadmaps, delegation, and always maintaining the vision of the product
・Experience working with stakeholders and a multi disciplined team
・Knowledge of blockchain and the NFT ecosystem
Preferred Requirements
・Working with budgets and time constraints that could lead to some high pressure situations
・Comfortable taking hard decisions that improve the quality and stability of the product
・Ability to make user centric decisions
・Experience working on game platform is a plus
・Ability to motivate and inspire the team
・Top notch communication skills
・Fluent in English and Japanese
